Where Is My Order Produced?
We deliver to more than 170 countries worldwide and have local production in 19 countries thanks to our network of more than 100 print partners. Distributed production across multiple locations does not only speed up delivery times but also helps reduce costs and carbon emissions.  Sometimes, we may route an order to a different producer and ship the product internationally, rather than to the location closest to your customer. Where an order is routed is determined by an algorithm that works to ensure stock availability, production capacity, and logistics to ensure a smooth and fast delivery.

Packaging
Your prints are shipped in sturdy packaging protecting the poster to ensure no damage during transportation. This is based on our experience shipping millions of orders worldwide and it is supported by our customer feedback which has helped us define the most efficient and damage-resistant ways to package our products to ensure compliance with local shipping requirements as well as the lowest damage rate.


Shipping Cost 
Shipping cost will vary depending on the country that you order you print. Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout. On average the shipping price varies from $5 to $15.

We fulfil are our prints  in 19 countries: Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, India, Ireland, Malaysia, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Fulfilment country for each order is carefully selected by our advanced routing algorithm at the time of ordering.

In most cases, products are fulfilled at the closest production centre. Sometimes due to reasons such as stock availability, orders may be shipped internationally even if a fulfilment centre exists within the same country.

Shipping Damage & Replacements
In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged in any way, we will replace it. Please contact us within 7 days to organise your replacement.

You will be required to provide photos of:

• All external damages to packaging

• Damages sustained to the product
